UK Commission on Bereavement Survey
01/12/2021
Below are the details of the UK Commission on Bereavement Survey. There is a final push to get everyone (organisations, healthcare professionals and bereaved families) who works in bereavement or who has been bereaved to complete the survey as the results will be submitted to the government and hopefully more monies will be invested in bereavement services.
UK Commission on Bereavement Survey – completion date for submission is 31.12.2021 – The survey is for Organisations, Health Professionals and bereaved people. The UK Commission want everyone to have the opportunity to share their experiences, including those who have English as a second language, young people * and people who may find completing the form online difficult.
They are reaching out to different communities to ensure the commission is diverse and inclusive. They especially want to have experiences from wider Black Minority and South Asian communities and men. They consulted with people with learning disabilities and organisations from the LD community on Thursday 25 November via a twitter takeover.
The survey for individuals is now available in: English, Welsh, Arabic Polish, Punjabi, Urdu, Bengali, Gujarati, French, Portuguese and Spanish.
All information on how to complete the survey is included in the link: https://bereavementcommission.org.uk/taking-part/
