New Service To Support People Affected By Multiple Sclerosis

Please see attached below information about a new national service available for people affected by multiple sclerosis to improve their physical activity levels, delivered by the MS Society and supported by Sport England.
This support includes one to one remote support over a 12 month period, including individualised activity plans, motivational texts, 1-2-1 follow ups and evaluation. The service goes live on the 3rd December, but referrals in to the service can be made now.
