Kooth and Qwell Online Mental Health Services

Kooth.com and Qwell.io are mental health and wellbeing platforms that offer online counselling support. They have been commissioned by the St Helens CCG to provide a safe, free and anonymous mental health and wellbeing service. There are no costs, no waiting lists, no referrals and no criteria required to access the services, which are accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and delivered by Kooth plc, the UK’s largest digital mental health provider. Kooth.com is available for anyone between the ages of 11 and 25. Qwell.io is available for anyone aged 26+.
