NHS St Helens Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is working in partnership with St Helens and Knowsley Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust (StHK) to review the Community Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) services provided for the adults of St Helens. They would like to know your views on the current services and how they could be improved going forward.
The services include the following.
· Community COPD Hub
· Community COPD Rapid Response
· Oxygen Assessment
· Nebuliser Support
· Telehealth
