Health and Social Care Careers Expo – Saturday 8th July 2023
05/07/2023
Do you live in St Helens? Would you like to work in health and social care?
A ground breaking Health and Care Skills Academy is being developed, that will operate as a hub with local partners in the Knowsley and Halton areas to help people to develop the skills and knowledge they need to find jobs within health and social care. The Health & Social Care Careers Expo will see Health and Social Care training providers and employers coming together to promote their offer in helping local people to develop the practical skills, in-depth knowledge and personal attributes that will lead to local jobs being filled by dedicated, confident and capable health and social care professionals.
The EXPO itself will offer delegates the opportunity to follow a patient journey through an immersive experience; to speak with real people who work in health and social care to find out about their experiences; and to speak to a vast array of training providers and services who will be explaining local recruitment processes.
Register to attend the careers expo at https://www.sthelenscares.co.uk/ or by calling 01744 457237.
