A new family support service has been launched so that family members can stay in touch with patients in St Helens and Knowsley Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.
penPALS – relatives can send messages, pictures, photo’s to their relatives and they can arrange for them to be taken to the patient on the ward
Family support – relatives can contact them to get updates on their relatives in hospital
