Free instant access digital mental health support is now available across St Helens for everyone aged 10-25. The NHS commissioned service provides free, safe, and anonymous online mental health support whenever you need it.

Kooth (www.kooth.com) is available to young people in St Helens aged 10-25.

 

Kooth (www.kooth.com) is a British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy  accredited service available to young people providing a free, safe and non-judgemental place for young people to connect with others and know they are not alone.

There are no waiting lists for support, no thresholds and no referral needed. 

‘Out of hours’ access to the platform is available instantly, 24/7. 

Support available includes:

-Anonymous self referral from any web enabled device

- Live chat or messaging with qualified mental health professionals

- Self-help tools and activities

- Vibrant, clinically moderated online community

Monday to Friday: 12pm - 10pm 

Saturday and Sunday 6pm - 10pm
